I have an option that may work for you, but after calling Ford, and Fleetwood they were unable to confirm if your 2021 Fleetwood Fortis 34MB has the factory trailer brake controller port for installing a trailer brake controller.

On-board LP tanks typically have a POL connection so you can install the GasStop Emergency Propane Shut-Off Valve Gauge - POL Connection # GS84FR between the regulator and tank. This has a gauge so you can get an idea of how much propane you have as well as an automatic shut off feature in the event of a leak.
